More than fantastic! Anouk is super friendly. Well-prepared, a mini presentation with fantastic explanations. We enjoyed the afternoon and the many coffees. Most importantly, we know how to adjust everything for a flavorful and perfect espresso, just the way we like it.
Highly recommended!

Was a very pleasant experience. Anouk even adjusted our coffee machine to extract the best amount of coffee in exact time, and her partner taught us how to steam the foam, and successfully made heart and tulip art on the coffee. It has transformed our daily coffee experience ! We wish we have done that years ago. Don't wait

Anouk came to give us this workshop. It was even possible to do it on a weekend.
Everything was clear and well-explained. It starts with the origins of coffee, with a good explanation of the hows and the hows. Then we got started with our own machine. Thanks to her clear explanation, we quickly adjusted it, which we had previously struggled with. After making a few espressos and trying other beans (Anouk's own roast), which were delicious, we started with frothing milk. Again, the explanation was clear and the process was done. The heart didn't quite work, but we're getting better.
We're 100% satisfied with the workshop and highly recommend it to anyone who wants something more than just coffee from their machine.

Anouk is a truly fantastic instructor. We learned so much during the workshop that we approach our espresso and milk versions in a completely different way. She explains everything very clearly and literally takes you by the hand. If you're looking for a barista workshop or want to learn latte art, Anouk is the one for you. If we hire more people, we'll definitely have her come back to teach them too. It's wonderful to see such an enthusiastic person at work with her passion!
